One immunizing dose of the vaccine contains attenuated strains of pathogens: infectious rhinotracheitis (strain RLB 106) not less than 105.5 TCID50, parainfluenza-3 (strain RLB 103) not less than 105.0 TCID50, and respiratory syncytial infections (strain BRSV / 375) not less than 104.7 TCID50.
After a single vaccination, cattle develop an immune response to infectious rhinotracheitis, parainfluenza-3, and respiratory syncytial infection that lasts for at least 12 months.
The vaccine is intended for the prevention of rhinotracheitis, parainfluenza-3, and respiratory syncytial infection in cattle.
General instructions: aseptically dissolve the lyophilized component of the vaccine (Infors 3) using the liquid fraction provided (Solvent), shake well and administer 2 ml intranasally to one animal – 1 ml in each nostril.
Primary vaccination: administer one dose intranasally to clinically healthy animals – 2 ml in each nostril, 1 ml of vaccine. The vaccine can be administered using special reusable applicators, which are supplied separately.
When vaccinating calves under 6 months of age, revaccination is necessary to prevent possible interference of maternal antibodies with immunization. Revaccination: annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.
The vaccine should be stored and transported in a dry, dark place at a temperature between +2°C and +7°C. Do not freeze the components! The vaccine should be stored out of the reach of children.
