Each dose (2 cm3) contains:

Inactivated bovine rotavirus, Lincoln strain ≥ 1.31 RP
Inactivated bovine rotavirus, B223 strain ≥ 1.0 RP
Inactivated bovine coronavirus, strain Hansen ≥ 1.0 RP
Inactivated Escherichia coli, strain NL-1005 ≥ 1.0 RP
Clostridium perfringens type C, strain NL-1003, toxoid ≥ 20 IAU

Skougard 4 KS — inactivated combination vaccine against rotavirus, coronavirus infection, echorihoisosis, and clostridiosis in cattle
For immunization of clinically healthy pregnant cows to ensure passive transfer of protective maternal (colostral) antibodies to calves against diarrhea caused by rotavirus (serotypes G6 and G10), coronavirus of cattle, enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli with K99 villus adhesion factor, and Clostridium perfringens type C.

Shake the vaccine well. Administer 2 cm³ intramuscularly in the neck area under aseptic conditions.
Primary vaccination: administer 2 doses of vaccine to pregnant cows at an interval of approximately 3 weeks so that the second dose is administered 3–6 weeks before calving.
Revaccination: revaccination with one dose of vaccine 3–6 weeks before calving is recommended.
