The vaccine consists of two components: a dry component—a lyophilized mass; a liquid component—a sterile solvent.
Lyophilized fraction:
Bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBR) strain C-13 ≥ 104.3 TCID50;
Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVD type 1) type 1 strain NADL ≥ 103.4 TCID50;
Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVD type 2) type 2 strain 53637 ≥ 103.8 TCID50;
Parainfluenza virus 3 (PI3) strain AL-IM ≥ 106.3 TCID50;
Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) strain BRSV/375 ≥ 103.9 TCID50;
Leukotoxoid Manhehemia Haemolytica type A1 strain NL 1009 ≥ 3 RP.
Excipients:
stabilizers - solution A, solution B, solution C (lactose stabilizing solution), Hanks' medium.
Preservative - gentamicin.
Sterile solvent - amphigen aluminum hydroxide.

Bovi-Shield Gold One Shot is a lyophilized preparation containing attenuated live strains of IBR, BVD (types 1 and 2), PI3, and BRSV viruses and a product derived from the metabolism of M. Haemolytica culture, which produces leukotoxin and capsules and cell-associated antigens. The sterile solvent contains an adjuvant that enhances the immune response and ensures the dissolution of the lyophilized vaccine fraction.

General instructions:
Recommended for vaccination of healthy cows. Aseptically dissolve the lyophilized component with a sterile solvent, shake well, and administer one 2 ml dose subcutaneously in the neck area.
Primary vaccination:
Administer one 2 ml dose to a healthy animal. In order to avoid maternal antibodies interfering with the development of post-vaccination immunity, calves vaccinated before 6 months of age will need to be revaccinated after 6 months of age or after weaning.
Revaccination:
Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.
