The vaccine consists of two components: a dry component—a lyophilized mass; and a liquid component—a suspension for injection.
The lyophilized component of the vaccine (Bovi-shield Gold FP 5) is made from the culture fluid of grafted cell lines infected with attenuated: bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBR) strain C-13 ≥ 104.4 TCID50; bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVD type 1) type 1 strain NADL ≥ 103.9 TCID50; bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVD type 2) type 2 strain 53637 ≥ 104.4 TCID50; Parainfluenza virus 3 (PI3) strain AL-IM ≥ 106.1 TCID50; Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) strain BRSV / 375 ≥ 104.1 TCID50. Excipients: stabilizers - solution A, solution B, solution C (lactose stabilizing solution). Preservative - gentamicin (20-30 mg/ml).
The liquid component of the Leptospira Canicola-Grippotyphosa-Hardjo-Icterohaemorrhagiae-Pomona Bacterin vaccine is made from inactivated leptospires of the following serogroups: Leptospira interrogans serovar canicola, strain C-51 ≥ 1200 NU*; Leptospira interrogans serovar grippotyphosa, strain MAL 1540 ≥ 1200 NU*; Leptospira borgpetersenii serovar hardjo, strain 181 - 1.5 x 109 organisms; Leptospira interrogans serovar icterohaemorrhagiae, strain n NADL 11403 ≥ 1200 NU*; Leptospira interrogans serovar pomona; strain T262 ≥ 1200 NU*. Excipients: aluminum hydroxide gel (4 μg/L), 3M sodium bisulfite, sterile water. Preservative - merthiolate 10% (0.001 mL).

The vaccine provides immunity in cattle against infectious rhinotracheitis, viral diarrhea, parainfluenza-3, respiratory syncytial infection, and leptospirosis caused by Leptospira canicola, Leptospira grippotyphosa, Leptospira hardjo, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae, and Leptospira pomona.
Immunity in animals develops 3 weeks after two doses of the vaccine and lasts for at least 12 months.
At the recommended doses, the vaccine is harmless and non-reactive. It has no therapeutic properties.

Immunization of healthy cows and replacement heifers for the prevention of:
abortions caused by rhinotracheitis and bovine diarrhea viruses;
respiratory diseases caused by infectious rhinotracheitis, viral diarrhea, parainfluenza-3, and respiratory syncytial infection in cattle;
leptospirosis caused by leptospires of the five specified serogroups.

Before use, the contents of the vial containing the bacterial component are transferred to the vial containing the lyophilized viral component, observing the rules of asepsis, and shaken until completely dissolved.
The vaccine is administered intramuscularly into the neck area in a volume of 2 ml (1 dose).
The injection site is treated with 70% alcohol or another antiseptic. Animals are provided with proper care and maintenance.
Primary vaccination:
Healthy animals are vaccinated twice with an interval of 3-4 weeks.
When vaccinating young animals under 3 months of age, colostral antibodies present in the blood may reduce the effectiveness of immunization. The vaccination schedule should be adjusted according to the titer of colostral antibodies. Vaccination is recommended to begin as soon as the level of colostral antibodies falls below the neutralizing level.

Store and transport in a dark place at a temperature of 2°-7°C.
Do not freeze!
Prolonged exposure to high temperatures and/or direct sunlight adversely affects the activity of the vaccine.
